Strategic Communications

Strategic communication is not a single pane view, it’s taking a long-term vision of how your company/brand/organization integrates messages to reach its audiences. Whether you are crossing borders or cultures, strategic communication conveys messages that connect and are delivered with pinpoint accuracy to specific audiences, at the right time.

Strategic communications has often lacked one key element: strategy, which can results in a lack of confusing messages to your targeted audiences. A cart-before-the-horse mentality in any business is a sure path to failure.

That’s why our communication bridge begins with a focused strategic plan of action designed to accomplish and maintain your communication goals.

At the heart of working together is communication between our organizations. Ensuring constant, transparent and consistent communication is key. With this, please note our first line of communication is always with you.

Early on, we stress the importance of meeting face to face and getting a chance to know more about you, your company and your product or service. We work to fit your schedule for meetings and Skype conference calls, and we’ll gain an understanding of when you need reports, updates and other related information.

We realize that face-to-face meetings are not always possible or practical, but we will always come prepared with agendas and talking points that relate to what we are presenting or planning. When we leave meetings, we’ll both have a clear picture of next steps and deadlines based on a written timeline or activity report. We also implement a reporting system that meets your internal deadlines.

We’re not order takers in the sense that we only wait for you to call. You’ll hear from us regularly, and we’ll always have something new to share or suggest that pertains to the project at hand – or something that you may want to consider for the immediate or distant future.

We communicate how you want us to communicate. All we ask is that you keep us “at the table” as part of your strategic communication team and keep us abreast of any items we should be aware of that represent an important news story or trend that can be used to put the spotlight on you, our client.
