Karen is the director of Mission Control for Rountree Group Integrated Communications. She has been with the agency for more than three years. Karen handles a variety of administration, budgetary and operational activities for the agency, and she is a U.S. Air Force veteran.

Karen is a skilled project manager and forecast planner, able to prioritize and complete multiple assignments within strict budgetary and time constraints.

Karen’s creative side includes designing e-communications for the agency and its clients, as well as managing some aspects of digital / social media programs.

Karen has lived in Atlanta for more than 20 years. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and has been active in Toastmasters International. In her off time, she spends time with her husband of 26+ years and her Chihuahua, Ricki.

She loves a challenge and doesn’t back down from much of anything.
