Rountree Group assisted this healthcare facility management company in making a financial turnaround by using public relations strategies based on information gained from employees and physicians who responded to quantifiable and open-ended questions. Media interest resulted in a bylined article written and placed in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, and more than 10 other clips were generated in the Atlanta area alone. More than 100 community relations/marketing guidebooks were created and distributed to facilities and local HHC physicians, and a quarterly newsletter was written for physicians and other employees. The key media relationships developed were aided by media training and coaching, which led to positive and objective coverage about the company.
