We represented the company’s residential operations in Atlanta for six years. Crescent has created the most successful upper end development in the Atlanta area: Sugarloaf Country Club (at the time, they were the “most expensive community” in Atlanta for five years; average home price was $1.2m). Our work centered on media relations and realtor programs to drive prospect traffic/support sales and memberships. In addition, we developed unique events to generate more than $350,000 for local charities. We worked with the developer, builders, Greg Norman/Great White Shark Enterprises and the TPC at Sugarloaf on our programs (example, the Professional Golf Association’s BellSouth Classic for five years). Our media and special event work won numerous awards from the PR industry.
